Beginner Yoga Class Sundays 5:30-6:45pm
(Jan. 22  there will be Restorative Class instead of a Beginner class at this time, see below)

Mixed Level Yoga Series Class Wednesdays 8:15-9:30pm
Note: this class is offered as a 6 week series from Jan 11- Feb 15. Advance registration recommended. cost: $100/6 weeks

Restorative Yoga Class Sunday, Jan.22 5:30-7pm $22.

Rates:
$20. single class for beginner, post-natal, mixed-level class (75  minutes)
$22. single restorative class (90 minutes)
$136. 8-class card ($17/class, lasts 12 weeks, $2 add'l fee if used for restorative class)
$90. private yoga lesson (75 minutes)
Please bring a mat if you have one. If not, a limited number of mats are available to rent for $2.
No prior registration is required for beginner, post-natal, mixed-level classes.
Space is limited for the restorative class so advance registration is recommended.
